When acting for a tenant seeking space, we will arrange a space audit to fully understand the size range required to meet its needs both immediately and in the future. Through strong market knowledge, close relationships with leading landlord and agents and three property data bases, we are able to quickly create a bespoke schedule of suitable premises. The project will be handled from start to finish by the same surveyor and will not be delegated down, ensuring continuity from start to finish of the transaction. We know that the process can be daunting and our hand-holding service means that we will be there at every stage of the transaction to coordinate a smooth and painless acquisition. 

We have a strong reputation for acting on behalf of landlords and tenants alike for leasing or selling their premises. Once we understand the objective for the disposal, we will formulate a clearly defined approach, which will incorporate recommendation on required refurbishment works and general presentation of the space. A marketing strategy will then be formulated based on the nature of the space and the target audience. With  regular meetings and strong communication we will ensure that our clients are assured of closely monitored and effective marketing campaign to provide the disposal required.
